Polish Speaking High School Program Coordinator
Help high school exchange students turn "what if" into "I did it": guide them through a once in a lifetime study abroad adventure, creating smooth experiences from start to finish.
Join our Student Success Team in Barcelona to manage day-to-day operations for high school programs supporting Polish exchange students.
You will handle everything from admission processes and visas to pre-departure orientations and on-program support, ensuring students and families feel confident every step of the way. This role sits at the heart of what we do—crafting smooth journeys that let young people focus on personal growth, new friendships, and discovery abroad.
What you will do
Partner with Sales to hand off new students seamlessly into Operations.
Guide Polish exchange students and their parents through applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and on time.
Handle operational steps like placements, flights, visas, and pre-departure orientations.
Keep our CRM up to date with each student's progress and status.
Be the go-to contact for students and guardians throughout their exchange, offering steady support.
Represent Educatius at events, present our programs, and build relationships with clients and partner organizations.
Run pre-departure meetings for students and families.
Create guidelines and procedures for internal teams or external use.
Collaborate with international colleagues and partners to deliver standout experiences.
What you will bring
Native Polish and advanced English (other languages a plus).
University degree preferred.
Previous experience in high school programs, study abroad, or similar operations considered a strong plus.
Have you lived, studied, or worked abroad—or gone on an exchange yourself?
Are you outgoing, organized, and great at prioritizing when things get busy?
Do you go the extra mile for students and parents while staying positive and professional?
Are you comfortable with online systems, digital tools, and CRM updates?

Practical information
Fixed-term, full-time contract with 2-month probation period.
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
