About the Position
As a Sales Coordinator, you will in the Swedish sales team, responsible for selling High School Year programs, following up leads, managing customer information, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales goals. The role is well-suited for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Following up leads and customers in the CRM system

• Handling customer inquiries via email and phone

• Planning and executing fairs, school visits, sales events and webinars

• Tailoring information and offers to meet each customer’s needs

• Contributing suggestions for improving sales and customer journeys

• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and activities are followed up on

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented and goal-driven, with the ability to move processes forward

• Experience in sales, customer service or coordination

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus

• Structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented

• Experience in an international environment or interest in exchange programs is preferred
