B2B Marketing Specialist
Create the tools and content that help support B2B agent partners connect more students with life-changing exchange programs.
Educatius is looking for a versatile B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Stockholm office and help bring our programs to life for agent partners around the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in great execution, stays focused in a changing environment, and enjoys turning ideas into polished, practical materials that support our sales teams and strengthen our B2B relationships. You’ll work across channels and projects, keeping things moving and making sure the details are right.
What you will do
Turn briefs into polished, on-brand marketing materials that help agents understand and sell our programs.
Create presentations that bring our products, markets, and key messages to life in a clear and engaging way.
Keep our digital content up to date across website and portal spaces so materials are accurate, useful, and easy to access.
Support webinars from planning through delivery, making sure the experience feels smooth and professional for both colleagues and participants.
Help shape email marketing communications and B2B social content that are relevant, timely, and consistent with our brand.
Contribute to event materials and logistics, including printed assets, merchandise, and production coordination.
Edit and produce simple video content to support campaigns, webinars, and partner communications.
Manage a library of assets.
Work closely with colleagues across markets and functions to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
What you will bring
3–5 years of experience in marketing.
Strong practical skills across digital content management, email marketing, design, presentations, webinars, and social media.
Experience creating on-brand content in Canva and InDesign.
A strong execution mindset: you like getting things done well, on time, and with care.
Comfort working in a changeable environment where priorities can shift and you need to adapt quickly.
Fluent English and confidence working with international colleagues and stakeholders.
Some B2B or international education experience is a plus.
Additional languages are a plus.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of the practical work, not just the ideas.
