Inbound Europe Marketing Specialist (50%)
Help connect exchange students with welcoming host families across Europe by creating meaningful, practical marketing that brings communities together and makes intercultural exchange possible.
Role overview
You support the marketing that helps exchange students find a home away from home. You turn ideas into real campaigns and content - planning, creating, and publishing across channels that reach and inspire host families across Europe.

Based in Stockholm, with office presence required on working days
What you will do
Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple countries, working with teams that operate at different speeds and structures, and ensuring progress even when conditions are uneven.
Plan and create social media content that engages and inspires host families across Europe, producing clear, on-brand materials using tools like Canva.
Execute email campaigns and support paid media activities, working with internal teams or external partners to reach and grow the right audiences.
Align with regional teams, marketing colleagues, and vendors to keep campaigns moving forward and delivered on time.
Support events, partner activities, and follow-up to strengthen host family recruitment and engagement.
Take initiative to move work forward, even when inputs are incomplete or timelines shift.
Identify and implement small, practical improvements within existing systems and tools to increase impact over time.
What you will bring
2+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on work in social media, content creation, and digital campaigns.
Experience using core marketing tools such as Canva, email platforms (e.g. Zoho), and social media scheduling tools.
Basic experience with paid media (Meta, LinkedIn or similar) and how it supports campaigns.
Strong writing skills — you can create content that is clear, human, and engaging.
A practical, execution-focused mindset — you focus on getting things done and improving along the way.
Confidence working across teams and cultures, finding ways to move work forward.
